The principal of Tuahiwi School, Melanie Taite-Pitama, has been named as a finalist in the 2019 New Zealand Women’s Governance Awards.
The award winners will be announced during a gala dinner at the Hilton Auckland Hotel tonight.
She is also on the Ara Institute of Canterbury council.
Melanie has more than 20 years of experience in education, nine years in governance, and owns her own business, Tuahiwi Education Limited, in partnership with two others.
She says it is exciting to be chosen as a finalist and she will attend the awards dinner with her husband, Mathias.
The New Zealand Women’s Governance Awards programme was established in 2013 to recognise and celebrate innovation, excellence, creativity and commitment to diversity by both organisations and individuals.Nike Sneakersシューズ
